General Purpose
To assist the key shop with general administrative and related duties. |
Responsibilities
- Complete collection of the key
- Documenting of collection books
- Hang all keys on boards accordingly
- Complete reading of key codes which includes name of the building and the room number
- Filing of vacate notes
- Deliver Key auditing with room configuration
- Testing of keys inside and outside of doors
- Dispatching of keys for intake
- Inspection sheet control and issuing of welcome bags
- Assisting BM with master key when contractors are on site
- Accompany contractors for location purposes assisting BM
- Checking on functionality of laundry equipment
- Proactive in logging maintenance and cleaning issues when walking buildings
- Reporting issues to BM/FM
- Laundry card issuing and escalating card issues
- All other ad hoc responsibilities as determined by Management from time to time, as guided by the Senior Key Shop Administrator or as required based on operational changes.

- Pinning keys
- Cutting keys
